Swimming Pool Float Valve Repair

Maintaining Villa Wangsamas is an endless and expensive task with things behind the scenes often needing prompt repairs to prevent expensive catastrophic failures.

A good example of this is the swimming pool float valve which has been been found to be faulty and will cost RM2.5k-3k to repair and approved by the JMC.

The impact of this is that it is causing water wastage and putting extra pressure on the pumps which will lead to very expensive repairs if it’s not fixed very soon.

With critical items needing to be repaired it’s imperative that all owners ensure that their maintenance bills are settled on time.

  1. Epoxy sealant or Urethane foam is shot into the crack under pressure, to fill every void from front to back. Swimming Pool Repair Epoxy injection may be used along with staples for the best way to patch pool cracks. Companies like Aquabond Adhesives have created a kit that is easy to use to repair small cracks.
