RE          : installation of time dot com fibre optic at                         mdf and server room at villa wangsamas                             condominium

We are pleased to inform you that Time Dot Com would like to carry out the cable installation work at MDF room and Server room as follows:-

Date: 30th October 2017 until 30^th November 2017

Scope of work:

     1)    To pull fibre cable from main road the building MDF/riser/roof top.

     2)   To carry out the trenching work from new propose manhole at main road to the              building manhole within the building compound.

     3)    To install wall mounted fiber termination box inside the maxis room or chain.

     4)    Fiber splicing and termination.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTION:

        1) BY CASH

Please proceed to management office to make payment within office hours.

      2) BY CHEQUE

All cheques must be crossed and made payable to ‘VILLA WANGSAMAS CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT CORPORATION’. Kindly indicate your name, unit no. and contact no. on the reverse side of the cheque. Please include bank charges for all outstation cheque payment.

      3) DIRECT BANK-IN OR BANK TRANSFER (ONLINE)

Kindly indicate your unit no. on the reference column when you do the bank transfer. Please email the bank transaction slip as a proof of payment to email address ‘vwangsamas@gmail.com’. A receipt will be issued via email upon notification otherwise we are unable to recognize your direct bank-in.

Please remit the outstanding amount to us before the due date stated to avoid late payment interest charges. Failing which, a 10% per annum late payment interest will be impose on all outstanding invoices.
