Violence Against Staff

The management and their contractors are entitled to perform their duties without incurring abuse, threats, harassment or violence from residents and the JMC will support them seeking full police action for any breach of this as well as publish their details on the blog/notice boards.

Any disputes should be solved amicably as civilised adults and not with violence.

We are disappointed to hear of a major incident on 14th April concerning a resident/guests from G-13-8 who Security reported as intoxicated and very aggressive. This resulted in a large disturbance at Entrance 1, the access card reader being damaged and the police being called.

This is now a police investigation and the damage to the access card reader has been billed to the unit.

The Management and the JMC would like to reiterate that this type of behaviour is not acceptable under ANY circumstances and offenders we be passed to the police.

Please Take Care Of Your Access Cards

Please remember to take care of your access cards otherwise they are likely to fail and will need to be replaced. The management office report that many of the cards that residents report as failed are in a very bad condition.

Many residents have purchased small plastic sleeves to protect their cards and even 5 years after issuance their cards are performing well.

All new cards purchased from the management office will now come with a plastic sleeve and as a gesture of good will, residents who have registered their details can collect 1 complementary plastic sleeve per access card.

Please be patient as the current stock is limited and more will be ordered subject to demand.

Display Of Valid Car Sticker On Front Vehicle Windscreen

Dear Residents,
Please be informed that year 2013/2014 car sticker is provided for each car park lot owned by resident. The car sticker is to be displayed prominently on the front windscreen at all time for identification purpose.

Residents shall park their cars in their designated car park lot and all vehicles must display a valid Villa Wangsamas car sticker. Residents must apply for the new car sticker application if you have not obtained from the Management office yet.

With effect from 10/4/13 onward, any vehicle found to have no car sticker display whilst parking in our premise will be clamped immediately without any further notice and or will not be allowed to enter or park in the Condominium.

Your cooperation and understanding of the said matter is deeply appreciated.

Update on the building facade condition

Further the posting on 5 January 2013 its disappointing to report that the developer has not formally responded. This is not uncommon and many residents have also experienced this.

Our management office have received the following schedule for the painting works:

It is clearly obvious that the outmost blocks are being done first and the innermost inc clubhouse, which are in the most dilapidated state are currently scheduled last.We will endeavour to try and get this changed to ensure that the job is actually completed to a satisfactory standard.
