Please be informed that the Annual General Meeting to be held as follows:

DATE                  : 19^th August 2017

VENUE               : MULTI PURPOSE HALL, CLUB HOUSE

TIME                  : 09:30 a.m. (Registration)

                                               10:00 a.m. (Meeting Commences)

All parcel proprietors are reminded that only proprietors who have settled all dues (including late interest charges) as at 31^st July 2017 by no later than 1:00 p.m. of the 12^th August 2017 shall be entitled to vote.

As the agenda to be discussed at the AGM will affect the interest of all proprietors, we hope you will make it a point to attend the meeting.
