Surau Expansion Update

We are pleased to share that the surau expansion works have commenced. The plan involves the joining of the adjacent meeting room by knocking down the wall partition and the relocation of the gym entrance door so that its opposite the café. It addition to the space in meeting room addition space is gained to using the space in the former corridor.

The works are expected to take another 1-2 weeks and whilst these are in progress a temporary surau has been created in the café.

The former library site is being converted into a meeting for the JMC and the Management Office

April 2014 Debtors Update

We are pleased to highlight following continuous enforcement work over the past 6 months the debt level is decreasing and is now at the lowest level ever. Nevertheless their is still a lot of work to be done and we are determined resolve the issues with debtors.

All residents are reminded to check their statements and report any payments that may have been missed to the management office without delay.

We are also noticing some residents who request a payment plan to clear their debt become bad paymasters again after a 1-2 months and the Management Office will take swift enforcement action action against those who try to play the system.

Currently there are several major disputes owing to sub sale issues whereby an outstanding amount wasn’t settled during the sale process and they have now found that they are liable for any sums owed.

Any sums owed are attached to the unit and not an individual so it will not be possible for the JMB to either write it off or commence recovery proceedings from a previous owner.

Statement on Tower A incident 12 May

Following last Mondays incident at Tower A we can confirm that during police visit to a unit on the 11th floor, a male of African origin climbed out of a window in an attempt to evade the police and subsequently fell, causing serious injury to himself.

We would like to remind all residents to report to any suspicious activity or persons to the Management Office, Security or the police

Water Rationing Ends

We are pleased to share that Syabas have stopped the water rationing plan effective 30 April 2014.

Although the rationing has stopped all residents should continue to be careful with their water usage.

LS Ang Astro Promo Extended
