The main objective of this blog is to provide offical information on what the JMC and now the MC are doing and as a newsletter to residents.

We should continue to have a guard dog to protect our property; it is a great way to deter burglars. Having a high density condo, a trained guard dog can definitely help to discourage unwanted intruders such as house break-in and recently car break-in outside our condo. The next we should look into is the CCTV in our condo and lift.
The JMC are looking at how to improve security is CCTV in the lifts is an option.
Please bear in mind that there are 27 lifts in VWM so the cost of implementing the system would be large and funds may not be available or required to address more urgent issues.
