2015/6 Parking Sticker Design

A new car/bike sticker for 2015/2016 issued in December or January and will likely be tied to a re-registration exercise.

Following the feedback on the previous sticker the JMC would like to invite residents to submit a suitable sticker design for consideration via email to vwm.jmc@gmail.com

From previous experience a simple design on a light coloured background is prefered.

The Closing date for submission will be 09:00 Saturday 6th December.

Should there be no suitable design submitted then the JMC will select an existing options available to them.

Weekend Flea Market 29/11/14

Please be informed several owners are organizing a weekend flea market for items as follows:- clothing, books, toys, bags, accessories, batik painting & freshly made soya milk.

The objective of this event is to create some fun, a get to know session and is solely based on a community good cause and non profit making business.

Venue: Centre Hall (Clubhouse)
Time : 9.00 am to 12:30 pm
Date : 29/11/2014 (Saturday)

Do make yourself free on this date as you might find something you like at a bargain price as well as meeting fellow residents.

FOUNTAIN CLOSED FOR REPAIR

Please be informed the fountain next to club house will be closed for repair (tiling works) starting 27th November 2014 to 2nd December 2014.

Installation of Additional Surge Protection Devices (SPD)

Please be informed, we’ll be installing additional SPD’s for the card access system at Post 1 Guardhouse, Block H controller & Management office to protect the system from power surges during electrical storms.

The works schedule is as follow:-

Post 1 Guardhouse - 1^st & 2^nd December 2014 (Mon & Tue)
Entry & Exit Barrier gates will be manually controlled by guards

Block H controller & Management office - 3^rd December 2014 (Wed)

Block H controller - 4^th December 2014 (Thur)
Lift access card reader will be shut off so please call for lift without using your card
