Payment Information

Please note that following the change of management which took effect 1st January 2011, all payments must be made to the new account number.

Some residents are continuing to make payments to the old managements MBB account which is causing delays.

May be management can state clearly the due date of the fees to be paid on the monthly bill (not just no. of weeks from date of bill) and indicate actions to be taken (eg. impose interest on late payers, fines, etc) should residents do not pay up on time. Or make 'coutesy calls' to the latepayers to check on payment status. I know it could be a lot of work but it may help with the collection of funds. TQ

  3. The invoice date is displayed as well as a payment required within x number of days.

    The management office will be issuing guidelines regarding the consequences of not paying and the plan is to take a hard line with late payers.
