Please be informed that with effective from 15th February 2017, we will not issue any outstanding reminders anymore.

Refer to Villa Wangsamas Condominium House Rules stated under section Building Maintenance Fund and Credit Control Procedures for the Recovery of Arrears (page 42) clause 19.9 and 19.11, owner who has outstanding amount above than 3 months (90 days), your ACCESS CARD and ASTRO CENTRALISED CONNECTION FACILITY shall be automatically deactivated without notice until the arrears are settled and a reactivation fee paid.

RE:  NEW CAR STICKERS FOR 2017/2018

Kindly be informed that Villa Wangsamas Car Stickers for year of 2017/2018 are ready for collection at the Management Office during office hours starting from 1st December 2016 until 3rd January 2017. The new car stickers are issued to residents ‘Free of Charge’ and will be charged at RM 10.00 per sticker as from 4th January 2017.

Please take note that the terms and conditions to obtain a New Car Stickers as per below mentioned:
1)     Car Sticker will be issued to residents who have no outstanding or maximum one (1) month outstanding payment (service charge, sinking fund and water charges) to Management.
2)     Car Sticker will be provided depends on parking bays assigned to unit with access card.
3)     For tenant, please bring along Letter of Authorization from owner to get a car stickers.
4)     To obtain the car sticker, please bring along all your access card.

Effective from 20th February 2017, all vehicles without New Car Sticker 2017/2018 will be clamped.

Residents are reminded to park their car in the designated car park lot with this valid New Car Sticker displayed, to avoid it being clamped.
