  • Prevent unauthorised vehicles from entering by only allowing cars in with a valid car sticker and access card
  • Enforce the no littering rule to help keep Villa Wangsamas clean and tidy

Please contact the management office team if you have any queries.

  1. Many cars are parked indiscriminately but I've not seen any of them being clamped, well at least at P1 parking level near Tower J. A note should be placed on their windscreens to warn them first. If they are stubborn, impose sanctions and inform guards to ban them coming in at all. Some have VWM sticker but park anyhow. I suspect they have another car parked at their actual lot. Can management please do something. Thanks.

  2. There has been NO barrier at 2nd phase entrance for quite some time now. Many cars can easily come in I noticed. Wouldn't that compromise safety? The guards just let all cars come in without checking. No wonder so many cars park indiscriminately. I think the installation of the barrier should be at the top of the management's "to do" list and should be done asap. Or in the meantime, instruct the guards to check all cars first and using temporary cones to block the entrance. Check Yellow access card, THEN let them in.

  4. May i suggest that the JMB issue new car stickers to replace the old ones..this can also be done annually..

  5. The barrier has been on order and should be replaced in the next few days.

The issuing of car stickers on an annual basis is being investigated. The plan would be to issue a different colour design every year at a nominal cost.

  6. Glad to hear about the barrier. It is good that the new management along with JMC are taking positive steps toward the betterment of our community. I like the idea of replacing the stickers, but quite apprehensive as somehow the stickers were never viewed as important by the security or management before. Unless there is a policy of NO sticker means NO entry, which I believe is very very difficult to implement, especially at this stage. Anyways, keep up the improvement works, mgt & jmc!

  7. Have to agree with Ross that many cars are parking indiscriminately especially as soon as you come down the ramp of the phase 2 entrance. Quite a few vehicles park there, especially in the evenings when no management is around. The guards are not doing anything (or they are not told to) and the mannagement seems to be closing an eye on this. Please be hard on 'law breakers' or these people continue doing as they please.

  8. New clamps have been ordered and the list of residents cars is being updated.

In addition to the above new annual car stickers which will cost residents a nominal fee are being designed.

These should be completed over the next few weeks and then a firmer approach will be taken.

We are well aware of the parking issues and are working with SPM to make improvements asap.

  9. Last night (16/3/2011), I saw a warning notice on one windscreen because the car is illegally parked at P2, next to Tower E bridge. I congratulate the Guard, MO and JMB for this effort. For 2 years, this car has been "enjoying" this parking space and it is based on first come, first served basis. Please keep on enforcing the rules. Thanks.

  10. Hi,

As of today (24 March) I can still see people being allowed in without access cards or their details being taken by the guards.

Just this evening the car in front of me was allowed in because the driver was 'picking someone'.

Can we impose a zero tolerance policy with regards to security? Anybody without proper access cards cannot be allowed in unless they register with the guards and display the visitor tags on their dashboard.

  11. How about having a different card from the 'visitor' card for those 'picking' or 'dropping', taking down their car number & card number and giving them ten or fifteen minutes grace time. If by then, the cards are not 'returned', the patroling guards can look out for the cars to check if they are actually residents or visitors in hiding.

  12. Thanks for your feedback and I'll ensure that this is passed on to the management office to see if it's possible.

  13. Is it better to have the entrance to the condo for the visitors on the right lane and the left lane for the tenants.?I think visitors need to communicate with security guards and when its raining there are no shelter for them.
