We regret for any inconvenience cause to resident, and we are determined to make progress for the breakdown of lifts at your tower. We are now working closely with KONE Elevator on restoring the said lifts in stages. Herewith schedule work in progress (WIP) of the breakdown.

New Lift Contractor

The honour is given to Management Office to invite all our residents to a Teh Tarik session on 27th August 2016, Saturday.

This event will held at Multi-Purpose Hall at Clubhouse from 12:00pm to 3.00pm.

The objective of this session is to give our residents the opportunity to meet the new MC and MO team members and raise issues concern.  This session also gives resident meet and mingle with fellow residents/neighbours.

Dear Residents

Referring to our post on the 31st July 2016 with regards to the repair of Block E and H, We wish to inform that our lift contractor unable to complete the repair for Block E on time due to parts availability .

Sword Elevator Sdn Bhd informed us today that the parts will arrived on the 11th August 2016 .
We apologized for all the inconvenience caused.

For the shaking lift issue at Block D and H , Sword Elevator will resolve it asap.

Changing of Management Office

June 15, 2016.
The Residents of Villa Wangsamas Condominium
The current Management Office ("MO"), Jeffry Low Facilities Management Sdn Bhd ("JLFM") has decided not to continue its service term in managing our Villa Wangsamas Condominium.
The current Management Committee ("MC") is in the process of selecting a new MO. This process will continue with the new MC, whom shall be appointed during the Annual General Meeting, this Saturday 18 June 2016.
The existing MC is committed to work with the new MC until a new MO is identified.
During the interim period, the MO shall be managed by our Resident Manager.
We seek the understanding and cooperation from all Residents of Villa Wangsamas.

Management Office Payment System Maintenance

The Residents of Villa Wangsamas Condominium

Please be informed that the Villa Wangsamas Management Corporation’s facilities management system shall be closed for maintenance (usually, this period of time has the lowest payment activities);

from 9:00am, 4th April 2016 (Monday)
until 9:00am, 5th April 2016 (Tuesday)

The Management Office would not be receiving any payment for maintenance and water bills during that period. Other services would still available during the period.

The Management Committee and the Management Office would like to apologise for any inconveniences due to the above and appreciates the cooperation from all Residents of Villa Wangsamas.

Constructing the Security Control Centre

The Residents of Villa Wangsamas Condominium,

In the run up to the Changing of the Guards, the relocation of CCTV system from its obscure position to a new Security Control Centre (SCC) by the new security services company, Dansyia Technology Sdn. Bhd., has commenced.

The SCC  shall occupy the ground floor lobby area of the Clubhouse, behind the Sundry Store and shall look like this.



The work is scheduled for 6 weeks, with a target end completion date of March 31st 2016.

There are 2 Notices in respect of the SCC construction.

March 23, 2016 – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
1) Drilling a new conduit hole in the floor of the Clubhouse to cater for new network and CCTV cables.

March 24, 2016 – 10:30 am to 11:30 am
2) An electricity supply interruption to Al Ehsan Restaurant to cater for the relocation of DB Boxes.

The Management and Dansyia Technology would like to apologise for any inconveniences due to the above works and appreciates the cooperation from all Residents of Villa Wangsamas.

Changing of the Guards on 31st March 2016


Dear Residents of Villa Wangsamas Condominium

1. The current security company has served Villa Wangsamas well with very few exceptions; cases of vandalism was not reported involving resident’s and common properties.

2. They have been with us for more than 2 years but familiarity has its setbacks.

3. They have requested for a big increase in fees, together with GST, it becomes too expensive.

We also have invested heavily on CCTVs for the past years but it is hardly being put to use nor maintained.

The MC therefore agreed and called for proposals to utilize the CCTVs and the provision of security guards.

1. The new security company will provide an integrated security solution

        a. Making use of the CCTVs system

        b. Upgrading and maintaining the CCTVs

        c. Provide the security guards to man the gates and patrol the Villa

2. The MC has also secured a slightly lower monthly fees than current one, locked for two years.

With the changing of the guards, we look forward to a more secured and a safer place for the Residents of Villa Wangsamas.

New Appointment of Resident Manager & Auditor

Dear valued owners and residents,

Management Corporation (MC) committees had agreed and initiated a full time owner/resident in the management office, Mr. Izzuddin as Resident Manager, to assist the MC and Management Office team from JL Facilities Management (MO) especially on the accounting and tender related matters.

We are also pleased to announce Jeffrey Suffian Chartered Accountants as our new Auditor for the account ended 31st December 2015. The auditor is also one of the current owners in Villawangsamas.

MC is targeting the account ended 31st December 2015 to be ready and table up during our 2016 AGM where the official date will be announced later.  

Let us together welcome Mr. Izzuddin as the new Resident Manager and Jeffrey Suffian Chartered Accountants as the new auditor.

We hope with this initiative more of our own owners/residents will be involved in serving Villawangsamas community and be part of the betterment of our beloved condominium.

WATER INTERRUPTION NOTICE FOR BLOCK C & D

Kindly be informed that there was a massive over flow of sewerage water at the our parking complex level P4 at the entrance of Block E due to a main sewerage pipe burst.

Management has called in our contractor to rectify the damage immediately and the contractors were requested to perform the final rectification works for the damaged pipes at 12:00 midnight, Tuesday 23 Feb 2016.

Due to the work nature of replacing the main sewerage pipes the maintenance personal would be required to shut off the water supply to all the units of Block C & D from 12:00am until 3:00am, 23rd February 2016. (Tonight).

As such, the Residents are advised to store water for any emergency usage during this period.

Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

Chinese New Year Holidays – SAFETY Notice

Dear all Owners / Residents,


In view of the forthcoming extended holiday weekend from 08th February 2016 & 09th February 2016 for the Chinese New Year Festival, residents are kindly reminded to undertake the following precautions before leaving for your holidays. 

You may wish to reinforce your door entrance with an additional lock and also please make sure that your windows, balcony sliding door, drying yard and kitchen door & grills are well secured and shut upon leaving. (For units with an alarm system, please also check your sliding doors to ensure it is in working condition). 

Do also check upon and turn off the gas tap & water-faucets and switch off the air-conditioning system, heater and all lights & equipment not in use. 

Residents leaving behind their vehicles parked inside the building, do make sure that your car lights (inside cabin too) is turned off and it is well secured and that no valuables are kept within. If you are away for more than a week, you may wish to ‘dis-connect’ you Battery too. 

 Lastly, for those who are driving, do check the condition of your car and have it serviced early, to ensure that it is all ‘tip-top’ to go and, please drive carefully and have a safe journey. 

The office will resume operation on Wednesday 10th February 2016. Happy Holidays and “Gong Xi Fa Cai” is wished in advance, to all Chinese & Celebrants.
