Please be informed that effective 1st February 2012, our Villa Wangsamas condominium is manned and guarded by the new security company namely EAST WEST SECURITY SERVICES SDN BHD (EWS)
The names and contact numbers of their Operation Manager and Supervisors/Leaders required during emergency will be displayed at all notice boards shortly.

I as a resident in Block E Villawangsamas would like to make a complaint about this new security service. I was very disapointed after change from the previous security company to this new company.
ReplyDeleteCompare to last security company, we everyday still can see lots of security guard at every each block and very good service to say good morning to the resident. However, start change to the new security company, I not even can see more than 5 guards in this 9 block villawangsamas. compare to last security company, this is very terrible and bad and let us feel not safe to stay here!!!!
Regards the security, my parking lots, P5 the first place right hand side of the security table, always get visitor park! I wonder, we hire the security not only for safety, however, they have to arrange and maintaince those visitor parking and not allow them simply park the resident parking!!! this is not the first time, it's more than 10 times i have this experience, especially after change the new security company start on 1st Feb 2012. I try to look for the security guard for help, every block i go and find, however, i feel super disapointed for the new VWM JMB about the new arrangement for the security guard company. That was only 2 security guard at the main entrance only within the whole 9 block condominium. You took away developer to maintain the new maintaince office, you increase the maintenance fees, late charges, even I always the one never owe the maintenance fees. but, the case still the same which is bad service of security service. I really hope you will take note on this matter and issue. Previous security company is most better than now!!! Please take your action to solve this problem. Your kind attention is much appreciate!
I would agree with Sharon.. I prefer the previous.. Most of the Nepal guards are very polite to the residents.. They would stand and greet upon entrance.. Never heard of any complaints so far..
ReplyDeleteNot satisfied with this new security guards.. We pay for the services but there guards are acting like policeman.. Despite acting like one, we still face complaints.. Asking and answering questions as if we are staying in flat or low cost apartment houses..
Clearly the performance of the new company is way below our expectations and our preference is to try and resolve the issues as opposed to simply terminating the contract which carries a risk.
Deletethe reason for changing the previous company was:
a) Lots of complaints received against EES from residents
b) EES was too expensive & we need to cut cost
c) Inappropriate behaviour from some guards towards ladies
Please can you explain what you mean by "acting like policeman"?
I am a resident in Block E. I am very disappointed about the damn bad security services of current security company.

1. They talk rude and act like gangster to residents. There is no respect to the tenants.
2. Poor checking and allow free access to strangers. No identity record on visitors.
3. Few of them flirts the lady drivers when they are accessing at the gate way.
4. Never talk polite or greeting or even stand up when see tenants are access at boom gate. ALL time we see they are sitting at the hut, playing their hand phone, smoking and chit-chat to colleagues.
5. The blockage of visitors park at the exit and entrance become worse managed.
6. No security at midnight at Ground Floor.
7. Short of security staff on duty and cover the safety of tenants.
8. They are parking their bike in walkway near to main lobby at night time.
9. Poor enforcement in running their duty like clamp, and non-sticker vehicle still may come in.
10. No patrol guide tour.
11. Poor image in term of wearing and appearance to carry well trained security. This is very obvious compare to previous company.
12. More and more vandalism on public property.
13. Can’t able to talk and understand English even proper Bahasa.
14. The supervisor name still pending to post after 2 months. Who we should call if anything bad happened?
The below actions to be taken IMMEDIATELY by JMB:
1. JMB shall explain the solid reasons to change the previous security company seems most residents are preferring it.
2. JMB shall post the agreement of the current security and previous with the committee.
3. What was the procedure to select a security company?
Personally, I don’t see any reason why we are still paying same amount in maintenance fees but getting unsecure and lousy security services. I lost my confidence to this security company. I urge all residents to sound out your unhappy experience and support to CHANGE the security company.
