All residents are required to use a vehicle access card to enter/exit our car park and those without a card will be treated as a visitor. Recently there have been several instances of both visitors and residents without valid access cards trying to gain access to the car park complex via Gate 2.
The system has been in place for some time however strict enforcement of this rule will be in effect from 15 August 2014
- Residents found without vehicle access cards are no longer be permitted to enter via Gate 2 will be required to proceed to Gate 1 for entry
- Gate 3 exit is strictly for residents with valid access cards. All other vehicles will need to exit via Gate 1
- All Visitors requiring parking must enter via Gate 1 with the exception of drop off/pick up’s for Tower A,B,C,D, and Gate 2 will no longer allow entry to visitor parking
- Pedestrian visitors may enter and exit at Gates 1 & 2
Your attention on the above mentioned matter is appreciated we trust you would render your cooperation with our sentry guards who are enforcing the visitor rules.

If that is the case, i presumed our guard will direct the visitor where to park to the nearest block they want to go.
