Closing of Gate 3 from 1st Nov 2012

Referring to the recent concluded 4th agm held on 20th October 2012, to help improve security gate 3 (near block B) will be closed for security reason after 12.00 am midnight.  The gate will be re open again at 6.00 am.

All vehicles or motorcycles parking below ground level car park of phase 2 who wish to drive out of the building car park after midnight, must use the gate 1 exit (near block H).

Walk-in residents from gate 3 will have to use nearby gate 2 entrance to come into the building during this period.

Thanks for your cooperation.

  1. It was not very smart for the developer to design such a confusing entry / exit situation for Phase 2. As a matter of fact, there is a lot to be desired from the developer. After we get our money back in full from them, shall we all picket in front of their sales office when they launch their adjacent development?

  2. the gate 3 has problem and it is OPEN FREELY this morning.
security guard doesn't even check if the driver has yellow card to allow them leaving the carpark.
may i suggest that at least, your security guard requests all driver to show their yellow card before exit, otherwise they should be stopped or I/C number must be written down.
after all, if anyone's car being stolen, who to blame?

  3. Yup, this morning at about 8am, I saw the security guard opening the gate to one car without even checking his card. I then asked the guard why & he couldn't even speak English.

  5. yesterday 3rd nov 2012, abut 2:45pm to 3pm, i entered at gate 1,a blue kancil. indian driver with registration number WHE9522 was in front me, without access card and the guard just open the barricade for him.
i asked why the barricade is opened without access card, then the guard said he has visitor pass. Then again i asked why he has visitor pass, and can bring out the visitor pass, the guard pretend doesnt know english.
if the MO can't tackle this issue effectively, i will do the same and just get a visitor pass, and go in go out. after all, why should i rent for additional car park if other resident can enter without access card!

    2. yes, and the standard answer is " we will investigate and get back to you"

so what is your expectation of the outcome of the "investigation"?

again, on Thursday evening around 5pm, i was nearby gate 3 after parking my car, a brown colour proton iswara (not in a very good shape, if you guy notice this car before), plate number with Wxx-xxx (i cant see clearly as he drove very fast), driven by an Arabian. this is very troublesome driver, he has made unnecessary noise with his modified exhaust, drive very very fast in the car park, and when at the gate 3,EVEN WITHOUT ACCESS CARD,the guard just open the barricade and give a standard Malaysian "tabik hormat" to him.

this guy is not the first time making such childish act. i remember when i first moved in in September,at night, he played very loud discotheque music and with his noisy exhaust at P3 parking.

SO WHAT IS THE LOGIC BEHIND THIS? FOREIGNER WHO SEEM TO BE FIERCE AND TROUBLESOME AND OUR GUARD IS NOT DARE TO CONFRONT THEM????
i really want to hear from JMC OR MO pertaining to this issue.

I dont expect there will be any positive result of the so called "investigation".
Rather, let's convince us how MO want to tackle this issue.
