Please note that residents with outstanding charges will not be allowed to vote at the AGM and all monies outstanding for more than 60 days will result in recovery action being taken regardless of the sum owing.

residents are reminded to check their statements and report any
payments that may have been missed to the management office without
delay.
In addition please ensure that you have provided
your correct mailing address to the management office to ensure that
the bills are sent to the correct location each month

ReplyDeletethe total sum owed is about RM685,000! imagine how this sum can improve villa wangsamas - awnings at corridors, pretty elevators, beautiful landscape, better security, et cetera. imagine how many (defaulters) owe so much to so few (payers). they are leeching on us! they should be barred from entering villa wangsamas!
ReplyDeleteAgree with you however to be fair to the current management team this is the first time that that a report has been published since they can in and there are still a few accounting issues to resolve from the SPM era.
