Vandalism By Residents Children

We have been informed by our security team that a group of residents’ kids have been caught vandalising the fire fighting equipment, a police report has been lodged where the parents has been informed and paid all damages listed below,
 
a) Discharging of fire extinguisher by emptying the content that need to be replaced.

b) Flooding at lobby area caused by releasing water from the fire hose around elevator area and inside. Cleaning and repairing areas affected by the water and some that flow into the elevator shaft area.



Residents must always keep their kids in check to prevent damaging equipment meant for the benefit of all residents and it is also our duty to take drastic action as to serve as a deterrent to prevent this incident from happening again.

Please report to us or the security in charge if you notice any act of vandalism in your area and take this as an obligation to help and protecting our property.

  1. This is very good to share this info to the residents. Unfortunately the CCTV is only from Ground Floor to Level 6 only.

    What about the rest of the levels? and also the CCTV in the lifts? Is the management going to do something about it because the interior in the lifts are getting worse. Hope the management will look into this matter asap.

      Regarding the other floors this will be discussed in the AGM and some options will be presented and it will open to JMB members to vote on what they wish to pay for.
