Noise Reminder

PLEASE KEEP THE NOISE LEVEL DOWN!

1) Do not push chairs or furniture on the hard flooring surface.
2) Do not keep dogs in your unit. Is against the house rules.
3) Do not shut your doors loudly, please close it gently.
4) Change a new one if you hear whistling sound coming from your worn out faucet.
5) Place your garbage into the garbage room gently.
6) Always walk softly as the sound is very loud on those staying below you.

Noise travels from wall to wall and is always louder on the other side. So please be a good neighbour by being considerate and caring to those staying next to you.

A home is where everyone deserves a well deserved rest, sleep and to rejuvenate. So please keep the noise down to the minimum.

THANK YOU
MANAGEMENT SERVICES

  2. I don't know why most of the foreigner(which are from lower education level-pendatang asing)"love" pushing the chairs or furniture on the hard flooring surface , shut the doors loudly when they arrive home after working at night shift, running in the living room expecially when they noticed that their neigbours are in the living room, shouted at night, shut the washroom loudly when they noticed that their neigbours are in the washroom, throw the rubbish elsewhere and ..........in the other words, the only OBJECTIVE they do all these nonsense things is to DISTURB the Malaysian due to their dissatisfication in their working. I had complaint it several times but NOT any actions taken by the management, my neigbours (UNIT H-6-5, A RENT UNIT CURRENTLY STAYED BY SOME ILLEGAL FOREIGNERS) making noise every day and every seconds.I really don't know how to solve my problems.
