water METER migration REGISTRATION
Please be
informed that SYABAS will be opening
its counter to expedite the migration process from bulk water meter to
individual water meter as follows:
DATE : 6TH MAY 2017 (SATURDAY)
TIME : 10.00 A.M. – 3.00 P.M.
VENUE : MULTI
PURPOSE HALL
For submission with form, please bring along necessary
documents (I/C photocopy, latest assessment bills or S&P agreement) and a
processing deposit fee RM 134.60.
Please take note that based on the “Water Reticulation and
Plumbing Rules 2014”, if you have not registered after migration, the penalty
not exceeding than RM10,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Ten Thousand) will be
imposed.
