RE: NUISANCE
Kindly be
informed that the Management had received numerous complaints regarding disturbance
or annoyance from below unit.
a) All resident
and guest shall at all times conduct themselves in a manner which will not
cause any inconvenience to other resident and guest. Excessive noise, unruly or
offensive behavior is not permitted. Management reserves the right to stop
activities should there be complaints from other residents.
b) Radio, T.V.,
Hi-Fi or other musical instruments shall be operated at a volume that does not
interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of other resident.
We would
very much appreciated your kind cooperation and civic consciousness on this
matter.
