Kindly be informed that the Tower Access Control System is now fully installed at all Towers, covering all entry / exit points and staircases.

The system will be activated from:

Thursday 18 December 2014

Residents are required to use their Access Card to enter their Tower. Your Access Card must be treated just as important as your house keys and must be carried with you whenever you leave your house.

Residents without Access Cards or with faulty Access Cards are required to contact a Security Supervisor at Gate 1 or 2 for assistance and then report the issue to Management Office within 48 hours.

Your Visitors will need to be collected from your Tower Lobby or Linkbridge Gate. It is therefore important that you inform your visitors to notify you of their arrival to ensure that they are not inconvenienced. Residents/Visitors who need assistance must contact Security via the dedicated hotline.

Our Security Officers have been instructed NOT to open any doors for Residents or Visitors.

Fast Food, Grocery, Flower, Laundry, Courier Service & Bulky Items Delivery will be accompanied by Security to your unit whilst the intercom is out of service.

We trust these procedures will help to enhance the security of our homes and, as such, your kind attention, understanding and cooperation are necessary to avoid any inconvenience.

Thank you.

  3. Dear Committee and Management,

    Hi, I'm NG from Block-A.

Since we have scanner installed at the staircase entry, is the one-way door lock supposed to be remove already?

It is an added security measure, but at the same time it is not practical by ermengency mean, like fire incident, lift breakdown.

From the software security point of view, more functionality mean higher chances of loophole. This should be open for discuss in my opinion.

    Thank you.
