Following a previous tender exercise to appoint a new cleaning company the JMC and Management are disappointed to report that they were unable to find a suitable candidate due to issues with cost, worker legality and large condo experience.
A open new tender exercise has been initiated the Management invites any residents whom are in the cleaning business with a good track record and have finance ability and trade capability to participate in our tender exercise.
