24/03/12 Debtors Update

The latest debtors report is now available for download here: 24/03/12 list of debtors by block
 
As of January 2012 the developer has handed over the accounts from 2008-2010 and any sum owing from that period will be reflected in your current bill as "’Opening Balance’ and is the cause of the large increase in the level of debt.

Please note all monies outstanding for more than 60 days will result in recovery action being taken regardless of the sum owing.

After an unacceptable delay the management office have started issuing letters of demand for monies owed.

Following the LOD period those who have still failed to settle their monthly service charge/water bill will be denied access to common facilities as stipulated in the house rules.

All residents are reminded to check their statements and report any payments that may have been missed to the management office without delay.

In addition please ensure that you have provided your correct mailing address to the management office to ensure that the bills are sent to the correct location each month

  1. please block parking and resident access to those who owe more than RM1000. i don't want the irresponsible residents to have free rides on responsible residents' diligence.

  2. Suggested block all access card. Please do advise management to investigate reason why resident not paying maintenance fee as well.

    I am having issue on my billing. I had made the payment in advance for July & August 2012 by July but latest statement mentioned that I didn't pay for August bill. I suspect maybe management may wrongly calculate too.

    I am having difficulty to proceed to management office to show my receipt, will it possible to send by email? vwangsamas@gmail.com?

    I had this issue 3 times including this case...JMB please get management to explain if possible.
