Dear Residents
Further to our recent notice dated 19 September 2011 (ref no: 013-11) regarding violence towards Villa Wangsamas staff or contractors we are distressed to hear of a recent event concerning a resident from E-7-2 which resulted in a guard being hurt, access card reader damage, a crash helmet being thrown and general threatening behaviour.
The details of this shocking behaviour were captured on video
The Management and the JMC would like to reiterate that this type of behaviour is not acceptable under ANY circumstances and offenders we be passed to the police.

To the above matter, I am writing to you today to express my concern for the safety. O Thursday 10th November 2011 at approximately 1.30pm me and my wife entered auto gate, one of security guard asked us access card in a rude way, I open car door and asked him back, why you asked me very rude? In fact he doesn't know what I'm having problem with my card. O further discussion with me and him, he kicked my car door with his boots the witness is villa wangsamas jmb CCTV at auto gate area. My car door is damages, who can pay for it? U put my problem in your shoe! Until now the management side not even see my car.... Very high value property but no safety b4 this the management not even one problem we not find! We have bad experience with this security guard on numerous occasions.
Who ever want story pls start from A to Z, don't start from E...

without my knowledge, u publish my unit number.. the security guy warn us.. want to bring gang from batu caves and selayang.. so u show the way to him! anything happen to my family or car, i will look for u. chairman support for gangter security..!
ReplyDeleteSo if somebody is rude you then start making a big problem and disturbing the peace during the day. If the d’guard kick your car then raise a polis report and make complaint at the office instead of causing problem.
ReplyDeleteI saw u frommy unit get out the car and start to threaten the guards. Think d’JMC is right to publish and you look like a problem resident cos I see u not pay your service charge haha
agree,if the respective guard's are rude to you,raise a complain to management office and police report,is unaccepable to retaliate and your behavior is like gangster and show you are distress,you even want to threaten our chairman.

ReplyDeleteLooking at the video, the resident was the one threatening the guard so how can you complain Nisha? If the guard was rude, make a complain and remember his name for the complain. If you act like gangster and threaten people and throw helmets around then you deserve it if people come and bash you up.
ReplyDeletenisha (or whatever the hell ur name real name is), i think ur access card was blocked because u didn't pay ur dues - over RM1700!!! u don't deserve to live among us because u don't give ur share. i think the guard was working for us who give our shares. serve u right!!! get the hell outta this place!!!
