3^rd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Please take note that the 3^rd Annual General Meeting of Villa Wangsamas Condominium Management Corporation shall be held on 19^th August 2017 (Saturday), 10am, at the Multi-purpose Hall.

We would like to remind all proprietors/owners whom have their Strata Title transferred in between May 2017 till August 2017 are require to bring along the following documents for registration purposes, the above may ensure your eligibility to vote and nominate at the 3^rd AGM :-

Please provide copies of:

   1. The front and reverse of your strata title; and

2. The Sale & Purchase Agreement (if any).

WATER SUPPLY - SYABAS

Dear,

All Residents in Villa Wangsamas

Water has insufficient, SYABAS has not done the repairing pump house in Kepong Estate, still under maintenance.

We Management Office managed to convince SYABAS to supply water to top up into our suction tank for all block  (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,J)

They SYABAS will come tonight 10 August 2017 to top up water supply for residents usage,facilities and convenience
