RE:  NEW CAR STICKERS FOR 2017/2018

Kindly be informed that Villa Wangsamas Car Stickers for year of 2017/2018 are ready for collection at the Management Office during office hours starting from 1^st December 2016 until 3^rd January 2017. The new car stickers are issued to residents ‘Free of Charge’ and will be charged at RM 10.00 per sticker as from 4^th January 2017.

Please take note that the terms and conditions to obtain a New Car Stickers as per below mentioned:

1)     Car Sticker will be issued to residents who have no outstanding or maximum one (1) month outstanding payment (service charge, sinking fund and water charges) to Management.

2)     Car Sticker will be provided depends on parking bays assigned to unit with access card.

3)     For tenant, please bring along Letter of Authorization from owner to get a car stickers.

4)     To obtain the car sticker, please bring along all your access card.

Effective from 20^th February 2017, all vehicles without New Car Sticker 2017/2018 will be clamped.

Residents are reminded to park their car in the designated car park lot with this valid New Car Sticker displayed, to avoid it being clamped.

1.          Bersetuju menubuhkan pertubuhan;

2.         MELULUSKAN NAMA PERTUBUHAN YANG AKAN DIDAFTARKAN;

3.         Menetapkan tempat urusan (alamat) yang akan didaftarkan;

4.         Melantik Ahli-Ahli Jawatankuasa Penaja Pertubuhan untuk menguruskan pendaftaran pertubuhan; dan

5.         Meluluskan undang-undang (perlembagaan) pertubuhan yang hendak didaftarkan.

6.         Mencatatkan perjalanan mesyuarat penubuhan (Minit Mesyuarat Penubuhan) serta keputusan terhadap ketetapan-ketetapan yang dibuat.

New Lift Contractor

We would like to inform that Kone Elevator is our newly appointed lift contractor for Villa Wangsamas Condominium with immediate effect.

Kone Elevator still start inspecting all our lifts by next week
We are expecting all lifts to be in normal operational condition by end of October.

Sword evelator informed they will attend the matter tomorrow

Tower C lift issue

Kindly be informed that we are experiencing some issue with Tower C lifts after power restoration. We have contacted Sword Elevator to rectify the issue immediately.
