Following the appointment of JL Facilities Management last July we appointed the auditor to perform a 1H 2012 Audit covering the previous management companies tenure.
This has been completed and the auditor has now been appointed to complete the 2H 2012 Audit.
We expect this to take a few months and following completion a single consolidated report will be available.
Is this the thing that's holding up refurbishment of the lifts?

DeleteThe CCTV part has been approved and we are waiting for the installation date. The car interior work is nearing the end of the tender process.
