Checking Our Water Supply

During the water cuts that have taken place over the past 2 weeks the JMC have been updating residents during the water supply interruption.

Today a JMC member accompanied the Building Manager and maintenance team whilst they were checking that the water supply had resumed in all blocks.

Water Update 13/3/14 17:00

Please find below the latest report from the management office on the water situation as at 5.00 pm today:

Suction Storage Tank
• Block A - 1/4 level
• Block B - 1/4 level
• Block C - 1/4 level
• Block D - 1/4 level
• Block E - 1/4 level
• Block E - 1/4 level
• Block F - 1/4 level
• Block G - 1/4 level
• Block H - 1/4 level
• Block J - 1/4 level

 Roof Water Storage Tank
• Block A - 1/2 level
• Block B - 1/2 level
• Block C - 1/2 level
• Block D - 1/2 level
• Block E - 1/4 level
• Block F - 1/2 level
• Block G - 1/4 level
• Block H - 1/2 level
• Block J - 1/2 level

Blocks E & Block G water level is noted to be low at a quarter level height. We already arranged our technician to manual pump water up on the remaining water left in the suction tank.

Hopefully, the stored water can last until Syabas water supply returns tomorrow for Blocks E & G and all residents are advised to minimise their water consumption.

WATER RATIONING UPDATE

Further to our previous notice, please take note that our internal storage tank is sufficient to cover for the two days water when the supply is cut by SYABAS providing that residents mininise usage.

During the last cut Tower ran of of water a few hours before the supply was reconnected.

We ask that residents continue to give cooperation to minimize water usage during the water rationing period (2 March to 31 March 2014).

The full rationing schedule is attached for your reference and Villa Wangsamas falls under Zone 1 category. There will be no water supplies from Syabas listed on the following rationing date ;

  • 12/3/14 & 13/3/14 (Wednesday & Thursday) 
  • 16/3/14 & 17/3/14 (Sunday & Monday) 
  • 20/3/14 & 21/3/14 (Thursday & Friday) 
  • 24/3/14 & 25/3/14 (Monday & Tuesday) 
  • 28/3/14 & 29/3/14 (Friday & Saturday) 

It is prudent to began stocking up water even before our premise is scheduled to undergo rationing exercise from Syabas.

Water Disruption

IMPORTANT NOTICE
 WATER DISRUPTION
There will be a possible water disruption in stages  on every alternate 2 days as announced by Syabas  in regards to low water level in the reservoirs: Syabas notice

4th March 2014 (Tues) to 31st March 2013 (Mon) 

As such, during these periods, Residents are advise to use the water wisely and to store enough water for usage. 

Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

GANGGUAN BEKALAN AIR
Ada kemungkinan gangguan bekalan air setiap dua hari selang berjadual  seperti yang diumumkan oleh Syabas  ekoran pengurangan air di empangan  dari : - 

4hb Mac 2014 (Selasa) hingga ke 31hb Mac 2013 (Isnin) 

Oleh yang demikian , dalam tempoh ini, Residen dinasihatkan menggunakan air dengan cermat dan menyimpan air yang mencukupi untuk penggunaan. 

Sebarang kesulitan yang timbul amat dikesali.
