Facilities

Villa Wangsamas has a variety of facilities for residents to enjoy. These are detailed as follows:

BBQ
Villa Wangsamas has two BBQ areas each comprising of both a halal and non halal cooking and preparation areas. The BBQ’s can be found in the following locations: L1 between blocks E & F next to the children play area L6 behind the children's pool and play area Residents who wish to use to the BBQ are required to book the facility at the management office. A copy of the BBQ booking form is available online
Children’s Play Area
There are several children’s play areas located within Villa Wangsamas and these are found at: L1 next to the BBQ near blocks E & F L6 behind the children’s pool next to the BBQ L6 on top of the clubhouse
Clubhouse
As well as the gym and library, following facilities are also located within the club house: Management Office Mini Mart Restaurant Toilets
Gym
The gym is located on the 2nd floor of the club house and is open from 7am – 10pm for residents over the age of 18 only.
Library
A library is located on L2 of the club house
Multi Purpose Hall
A large multi purpose hall is available for residents to book. Residents who wish to use to the hall are required to book the facility at the management office. A copy of the multi purpose hall booking form is available online
Swimming Pool
There are two swimming pools comprising of both an adults and children's pool. The pools are open every day from 7am – 10 pm except for the following times when cleaning and maintenance is carried out Mon, Wed, Fri 8am-4pm All residents are reminded that they must use the correct swimming attire when in the pool and no casual t-shirts or shorts are allowed when in the water
