Previously some residents were unable to park their cars in their designated spaces due to water leaks.
If any owners are still encountering issues with leaks above their parking space then please contact the management office to seek formal approval to park elsewhere whilst repairs take place.
The security company have been instructed to clamp any cars caught abusing visitor parking so its important that anybody impacted by leaks, urgently contacts the management office to prevent their vehicles from being clamped.
I would like to complement MO for tooking into this another long standing issue,the affected residents can be seen cover and protect by PVC sheet/cloth on top of their car body on daily routine..imagine the hustle
