RE:RENTAL UNIT IN VILLA WANGSAMAS CONDOMINIUM
Please be
advised that all unit owners (not limited to property agents that responsible
to manage units in Villa Wangsamas) are responsible towards its tenants. In
many occasion, there were unpleasant situation reported concerning the tenants.
Due diligent in checking the background (KYC) should be in practice on
selecting your prospect tenants. The Management Office (MO) is concern on
issues raised and appreciates the unit owner / agent to furnish MO the below as
to ease manage our Condo better:-
1)
All property agents must be registered with Board of
Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. (Proof of license (copy) to be
submitted to MO).
2)
All agents and owners are required to comply and furnish the
MO the below:
a)
A copy of tenancy agreement.
b)
Letter of offer or permit of work (applicable to non-Malaysian
Resident).
c)
The tenant needs to register their details at MO for their
occupancy.
Your
co-operation on above is much appreciated. Please together we make our life
environment safe, peaceful and harmonies.
