CCTV & Lift Car Update

Following the completion of the tender process for the installation of CCTV in the lift cars and subsequent JMC approval last month, we are pleased to announce the installation commenced this week.

Owing to the size of the job it will take up to 2 months to install and commission the system.

The condition of the lift car interiors continues to me a major source of contention. The tender process for the upgrading of the lift car interior is almost complete and subject to all paperwork being in place the JMC plan to award the contract by the end of this month.

In addition we are finalising the requirements for the next batch of addition CCTV cameras and camera upgrades with a view to improving the security for all residents.

    It's already June. We are still hoping to see some light at the end of the tunnel...

      It's still work in progress - a lot of CCTV cable work is needed. Its expected that the CCTV work will be completed within the next month.
