Dear Residents,
Please be informed that year 2013/2014 car sticker is provided for each car park lot owned by resident. The car sticker is to be displayed prominently on the front windscreen at all time for identification purpose.
Residents shall park their cars in their designated car park lot and all vehicles must display a valid Villa Wangsamas car sticker. Residents must apply for the new car sticker application if you have not obtained from the Management office yet.
With effect from 10/4/13 onward, any vehicle found to have no car sticker display whilst parking in our premise will be clamped immediately without any further notice and or will not be allowed to enter or park in the Condominium.
Your cooperation and understanding of the said matter is deeply appreciated.

Today 11/04/2013..i still can see some car's without stickers..inside the car park at p1....SAFE AND SOUND..kindly mean what you have written the condition for action to be taken...and not taking action..and making it as a joke...LOL
ReplyDeleteaccording to chinese calendar, now it is about to 15 of MAC, so the H-6-5 unit is undergoing the lunartic period(in the same word:gila).making noise everyday,it is currently stayed by the illegal foreigner.if they are not satisfy to be in malaysia, they DO encouraged to go back to their country.they are really "mentally disorder",making noise every day.when i noticed my problems and complaints to the managemet officer, from our conversation, i knew that they are trying to "push" the responsibility to policeman,(but we pay the management fee to them evey month)
ReplyDelete1.0 nissan micra, the windscreen wipers stopped workin g suddenly and i want toi check the fuse before i get my pants pulled down by nissan for a whole new wiper setup (£100+). I have found both fuse boxes but there is nothing labeled for the windscreen wipers, any help would be much appreciated!!
