The main objective of this blog is to provide offical information on what the JMC and now the MC are doing and as a newsletter to residents.

I have complaint for few months now regarding my maintenance fee which I was charged for opening balance back dated to 2010, and under previous owner name. I'm really dissatisfied on how they handle things and they call me to call up Setapak Heights Developer, and the Setapak Heights developer called me to call Stratfield..... and Stratfield said all the account are passed down to the new management. I hope everything can be cleared up this time, as I have passed over all the relevant documents but until now, there's no news at all. My fingers are crossed for the new management. Please work it out! Thanks.
Is there any meeting which allowed residents comes out and voice out suggestion rather then typing in this blog? Please guide, prefer to acknowledge me at skydrakex@gmail.com thank you
I’m assuming that you mean a meeting with the JMC?
Owing several factors which are mainly a lack of time due to the many issues that discussed with the previous management and availability of JMC members due to work and family constraints we have not had any public meetings. We would like the change this once JL are fully settled and a more mature and efficient management operation is established.

ReplyDeleteTo ensure that this is not lost I would request that you resend the information to the management team to investigate.
DeleteSPM were correct in saying that the account data was simply passed over however they were supposed to contact the developer and follow up.
Please can you conform that your lawyer received confirmation from the developer as well as the management office that no sum was outstanding?
