Please be informed that the JMC have terminated the services of SPM (Stratified Property Management Sdn. Bhd) effective 30th June 2012.
Following an extended period of planning and due diligence, we are delighted to announce that JL Facilities Management Sdn. Bhd. have been appointed as the Management Services provider for Villa Wangsamas effective 1st July 2012.
JL have an impressive portfolio of well managed properties which include the neighbouring developments of Sri Maya and Riana Green East. We are hopeful that over the coming months JL will be able to provide the expertise and leadership to begin clearing the backlog of maintenance and long overdue improvements at Villa Wangsamas.
The new building manager will be onsite shortly to start the transition, review the performance of the contractors and on behalf of the JMC help follow up on the many outstanding issues that we have.
There will be no change to payment arrangements so please continue to make your service charge payments as you currently do.

DeleteYes!!! Hopefully we will get good & quality services same like at Seri Maya & Riana Green. Please ensure no SPM staff will be working under the new MO especially Mr Habibur..We deserve new & reliable building execs. Bravo JMC and may all of us live happily at VWM...
ReplyDeleteNever see this coming, SPM termination within a month. SPM has its pro and cons compared to previous management. Hope JL Facilities Management Sdn. Bhd. and our residents could work together for our own benefits and harmony living. Thanks to JMC for the dedication and action.
ReplyDeletei hope JLFM will do a better job than SPM. the vicinity has been dirtier than ever, no thanks to irresponsible residents n lack of proper maintenance. u can see loads of rubbish along both roads leading up to the entrances. slow progress of HD installation means we'll miss EURO 2012 on HD while residents in other condos have HD for over a yr already. whatever it is, JMC has done a good job so far!
ReplyDeleteRegarding Source Dewata point of view, to promote cleanliness awareness among our residents of Villawangsamas, maybe we should start a campaign in common area during the weekends.

I must admit villawangsama one of the beautiful area, pool very nice design compares many s/pool in KL, size unit big too, thats why I bought this condo.
My previous comment, changing room should locked before midnight, to avoid the vandilism, cctv make sure working. Security should lock it and open next morning, to avoid another problem again and again. Learn from previous mistake and save our money as well.
