RE:  NEW MOTORCYCLE STICKERS FOR 2017/2018

Kindly be informed that Villa Wangsamas Motorcycle Stickers for year of 2017/2018 are ready for collection at the Management Office during office hours starting from 17^th May 2017 until 17 June 2017. The new motorcycle stickers are issued to residents ‘Free of Charge’ and will be charged at RM 10.00 per sticker as from 18^th June 2017. Please take note that the terms and conditions to obtain a New Motorcycle Stickers as per below mentioned:1)     Motorcycle Sticker will be issued to residents who have no outstanding or maximum one (1) month outstanding payment (service charge, sinking fund and water charges) to Management.
2)     For tenant, please bring along Letter of Authorization from owner to get a motorcycle stickers.
3)     To obtain the motorcycle sticker, please bring along your access card, Motorcycle Grant or Insurance Copy for both owner and tenant.
 Residents are reminded to park their motorcycle in the designated motorcycle parking lot with this valid New Motorcycle Sticker displayed, to avoid it being clamped. Thank you for your kind attention and co-operation.
