A hard copy of the report will be distributed to all proprietors with the next AGM pack following which the report will be submitted to the Commissioner Of Buildings at DBKL.

NEW CAR ACCESS CARD READER AT GATE 1

Please be informed that a new car card access reader (IN) has been installed at Gate 1 to ease the congestion of traffic during peak hours.

Vehicles can use this new card reader to access into VWM instead of having to queue up while waiting for the Visitor to get registered at the Sentry point. Residents with a car park access card may use the Smart Tag lane to access into the compound.

EXTENDED GYM OPERATING HOURS

Please be informed that after much consideration on numerous request from the residents to extend the operating hours of the Gym, the MC have therefore decided to extend the Gym Operation hours to the following :

Opening from 05:30 a.m to 11:00 p.m daily.
