Please be reminded that all effective w/c 11th March 2013:
- All unregistered access cards will be deleted from the system
- Any cars without the 2013 car sticker will be barred and those found parked inside without a sticker will be clamped
The main objective of this blog is to provide offical information on what the JMC and now the MC are doing and as a newsletter to residents. This blog is a voluntary effort from residents and should any of the residents wish to provide feedback then please contact the MC.

Residents Registration & Car Sticker *Update*
With reference to the reference to last months’ notice regarding the resident registration exercise & car sticker renewal, its disappointing to note that less than half the units have registered their details so far.

The slow response could be some residents and tenants are not aware of this exercise perhaps the security guards who guard the entrance gate's to remind them to renew and inform of the dateline
