Dear Residents,

Please be informed that we have placed a community notice board located near the Mini Market space in the clubhouse. This board is solely meant for Villa Wangsamas community advertisement only.

Term and condition applied on the follow :-
  • Cost is RM 5 per week eg. RM10/- is chargeable for 2 weeks placement of advertisement and a sum of RM5 for one week placement.
  • Size of advertisement paper (maximum) is A4 paper size.
  • No refund upon cancellation
  • Each application is subject to management approval

INCREASE IN ASSESSMENT RATES BY DBKL

RE : INCREASE IN ASSESSMENT RATES BY DBKL

Dear Residents,

Please be informed that the recent hike in assessment rates by DBKL recently is viewed as excessive and unacceptable. The assessment rate increase will burden unit owners as you have to pay higher rates now.

The JMB committee has launched a petition against the DBKL proposal to increase assessment rates for unit owners. In the petition, DBKL was urged to withdraw its proposal to raise the assessment rates and replace it with a more reasonable quantum.

We hereby invite unit owners to come forward to the management office to sign the petition letter to be presented to the DBKL at a later date.

New Pool Furniture

Following our recent post regarding new pool furniture we are pleased to announce that the new furniture has arrived and is now available for use during pool opening hours only 07:00-22:00.

The poolside benches are still being sourced and will a take a little while longer.

We are currently awaiting an installation date from the contractor for the new decking where the tables have been placed.

We will monitor the durability of the products subject to budget approval more items can be added later.

CAR PARK BAY FOR RENTAL

RE : CAR PARK BAY FOR RENTAL

Dear Residents,

Please be informed that the Management Office still have 3 car park space for rental. The rental sum is chargeable at RM120/ per month payable 6 months in advance. The location of the rental car park bay is situated at level P2, sandwiched between Block B and Block C. Should you be keen in renting additional car park space, please come to the Management Office to enquire more of the rental bay.

Surau Upgrade Proposal

One of the key facilities that should have been provided by the developer was a Surau for our large and active Muslim community.

For the past few years the JMC have provided a temporary solution by allowing use of one the small meeting rooms next to the gym. Unfortunately this is now far too small and offers no segregation for females.

Our Surau committee recently submitted a petition for a larger space to be allocated and this is supported by the JMC.

It is proposed that the wall between the Surau and the meeting room be demolished to provide a much larger space. In addition to this the current GYM door will be relocated opposite the cafeteria.

The library on the 1st floor of the clubhouse has been closed for several years owing to constant misuse and with the closure of the current meeting room this will be converted to a meeting room/office.

This proposal will be formally submitted to the JMB at the next AGM for all members to vote on.





Pool Area Decking

We are pleased to announce that we have finally approved works to replace the pool area timber decking surrounding the gazebo near Tower F.

The material used will be a wood like composite and comes with a 5 year warranty.

Along with the recently ordered pool furniture, signage and plans in progress to restore the flooring surface surrounding the pool and clubhouse this will go a long way to improving the ambiance of our pool area.
